Product Returns

Customers of Dunedin Goldsmiths are entitled to return goods:

  • Where a defect in the manufacture or repair of goods is of a substantial and unacceptable nature.
  • Where Dunedin Goldsmiths fails to rectify or remedy a defect. The New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act requires customers to reject goods within a reasonable period from purchase

Delivery Policy

If for any reason we are required to use the postal service to send out customers goods, these goods are sent out by Courier Post, track and trace signature required, and are covered by insurance.

Currencies

All our prices are in New Zealand dollars.
